About This Activity
Every organization starts with someone who sees a need. Perhaps you live in a very fire-prone area of Oregon. Starting your own fire prevention club is similar to starting a business; you learn from mentors (staff advisors), fundraise, build and track budgets, and recruit like-minded people who share your interests.
