Earn Volunteer Credit Hours
- Create an account.
- Find an activity that’s eligible for volunteer credits below or submit your own idea for approval.
- Keep track of your hours and detail the work you did in one page from start to finish.
- Complete the campaign actions and upload a photo to prove your impact.
After your project details are approved by a staffer, KOG will notify you and you can head to your account page and download your certificate (or do I email one to them?)! The certificate includes:
- Your name
- The impact photo you submitted
- The name of the campaign you completed
- Number of volunteer credit hours earned
- Date of completion
- A signature from a staffer that verifies your hours.
When do I get my certificate?
Approving completed campaigns can take up to two weeks though it’s usually faster. Once your hours are approved, we will email you when your certificate is ready to download from your account.
Can KOG sign off on school volunteer hour requests?
Yes. Please send them as PDFs for quicker signoff or email us ahead of time if using online verification systems. The volunteer organizer’s information is linked with each volunteer activity
